February Beauty Favorites
March 3, 2018
Hi guys! Another month has come and gone, and today I’m looking back at my favorite beauty products for the month of February.
- Clinique superdefense, $48. I have dry, sensitive skin, with an oily t-zone, I’ve been using this cream for 2 years now and I love it! It is super light, doesn’t cause my sensitive skin to break out, it keeps my dry areas moisturized and my oily t-zone under control. Also, it has antioxidants and UVA/UVB protection! ( I use the combination oily to oily, but they do make a very dry/dry combination formula. I prefer the combination oily to oily because it keeps my t-zone under control better).
- Clinique self sun face tinted lotion, $25. I use this self tanning cream right after I apply Clinique superdefense. It gives my skin a healthy sun-kissed glow. People complement me and tell me “your skin looks beautiful, you look like you got some sun, where did you go on vacation?” When I tell them it’s a self tanner they immediately ask: “which one?”
- Stilla Stay All Day liquid lipstick, $22. I love this lipstick! I stumbled upon it during one of my visits to Sephora. I love a lipstick that feels like I’m not wearing any. I can’t stand anything that feels sticky like lipgloss?. I moisturize my lips with vaseline and then I put this lipstick on. Once it dries it stays on for at least 6 hours. It’s enriched with Vitamin E and avocado oil.
- Benefit They’re Real mascara, $24. I absolutely love this mascara. I received the small sample sized one as a free gift with purchase and decided to give it a try. I immediately fell in love and went back to the store to buy the full sized one. I love the coverage and separation. It’s never clumpy even if I apply three coats.
- Mac Studio Sculpt foundation, $35. In the winter months I use Mac Pro longwear foundation but tend to switch to this lighter foundation in the spring and summer. I apply it after Clinique self tanner and the results are beautiful! (I use NW20 but usually have to go a shade darker in the summer).
