Holiday gift guide for Kids 2018
Hi guys! Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving break and scored some amazing deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I know, I did!? Did you know that most retailers are extending their Cyber Monday deals? It’s a great time to finish up your Holiday shopping.
I don’t know about you, but I get most excited when I shop for my kids. However, with so many toys out there, one can get a headache trying to figure out what to get. So, I created a little Holiday gift guide for Kids with all my favorite things. Enjoy!
One of my favorite things in this guide is the Imagination Craft Kit. It was developed by a small business owner Tracy Miles, based in Sydney, Australia. Her kits focus on supporting the emotional wellness of children, allowing them to explore, express and share what is in their heart. The best part is these meaningful craft kits are available on Amazon! I think it makes a perfect Christmas gift for your arts and crafts obsessed kiddos.?
When Kayla received her Imagination Mobile Kit in the mail (c/o Imagineaus.com), she couldn’t wait to open it. Inside the kit there were lots of stickers (glossy, sparkly, and foam), stencil rulers, art cards, a bonus 10 page Imagination journal and a cool zipper pouch (to hold the journal and the art supplies). I loved seeing her think carefully and pick out the things she wanted to put on her mobile.
She picked out all the things she loves, the things she dreams about, things she plays, things that make her laugh and created her own personalized mobile. She was so excited to finish and display her final product. She proudly hung it in her room.
Now, if you have a unicorn obsessed little babe, here are a few items that might help you get some inspiration.
STEM toys are getting more and more popular each year. I think that’s great, because they encourage kids to develop skills in the core disciplines of science, technology, engineering and math, tap into their curiosity and bring out their creativity. I love buying toys that make my kids smarter!
I can’t get enough of these cute luggage sets. Kayla owns a ladybug set and Tyler owns a monster set. We use them every time we travel and the kids get compliments every single time! We got our sets about six years ago, they have updated their designs and added more characters like penguins, butterflies, owls, pandas, and bumble bees.
Check out the rest of my picks below. Happy Shopping!
