Hi guys! Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday and if you’re heading somewhere for Thanksgiving I hope you have safe travels. We started our Thanksgiving holiday a little early this year to avoid the busiest travel day of the year. We arrived in Fort Worth, Texas three days ago to spend time with my sister, brother-in-law, and nephew.

When we come visit, my sister always plans fun things for us to do. On Monday, we went to Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, TX. Boy, was it crowded! First it took us at least 40 min to park! Who knew that on a Monday afternoon it would be so packed! The biggest mistake we made was not purchasing tickets in advance. ICE! was sold out, snow tubing was packed ( worth paying extra for the fast pass) and restaurants were all booked. We didn’t get a table until 8:45pm.? Of course, the kids had a lot of fun snow tubing, walking though the resort and admiring the beautiful decorations throughout. Definitely worth visiting!
